• We ship using USPS, FEDEX & UPS within the United States. 

  • All of our plants are shipped bare-root, without soil. 

  • Please allow 2-3 days to process and ship your order. We ship Monday - Wednesday. All orders are hand packaged with care. 

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our plants and guarantee that our products are in excellent condition when we pack them by hand for shipping. 

We do not offer refunds on live plants. 

We can not control what happens to our plants once they are shipped. If your plants arrive damaged, you may be eligible for a return/exchange due to carrier damage. We ask that you call us within 72 hours and let us know the nature of the complaint. We will ask that you send pictures to attach to any claim. Do not dispose of plants or packaging as the carrier may request these items.  All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved and plants must be received in salable condition.
(There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
